Active noise cancellation (ANC) reduces background noise making the IC-120 ideal for extremely loud environments. Automatic noise limiter is effective at reducing pulse-type sounds such as engine ignition. Additionally, the included UT-133 bluetooth unit allows connectivity to third-party wireless Bluetooth devices.The IC-A120 also features an ON-Hook scan function that automatically starts scanning when the hand microphone is hooked on the microphone hanger. When a user takes the microphone OFF hook, the scanning stops at the priority channel or displayed channel. The dual watch function checks the priority and operating channels alternatively.
