Switchcraft 1/4-inch jack covers provide an effective seal for headphone and microphone jacks. The spring-loaded cover keeps jack openings free from dust and dirt when mating plugs are not connected. The 500 series jack covers are a mounted with conventional threaded bushing jacks while a special locknut seals tightly against the rubber washer when closed.
