The complete electronic battery analyzer/charging system (CEBACS) uses the same analyzer and software as the EBA built in with a dedicated PC and charger. This allows for charging a battery while testing and monitoring another. Specifically designed to measure the capacitance of smaller standby power supplies and battery packs, the CEBACS is capable of supporting up to a 100-watt load for preforming resistance tests. Testing can be performed on systems up to 4.1-amps (for 24-volt units) and up to 8.2 amps (for 12-volt units) in one hour. Its software provides testing at higher C-ratings and calculates the proper capacitance.
