Icom’s IC-A120 VHF Airband Mobile Transceiver introduces two features: Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and Bluetooth(R) capabilities. The built-in ANC reduces background noise and is effective in extremely noisy airport environments. The automatic noise limiter (ANL) reduces pulse-type noise such as engine ignition.The IC-A120 also features an ON-Hook scan function that automatically starts scanning when the hand microphone is hooked on the microphone hanger. When a user takes the microphone OFF hook, the scanning stops at the priority channel or displayed channel. A Dualwatch function checks the priority and operating channels alternatively. Meets IP54 standards for dust protection and water-resistance.This version (EDMO# IC-A120B) includes a base station with a 120-volt power supply and hand microphone.
