The PEARLabel(c) 360 with MaxiLabel(c) Pro labeling software is a 360 dpi heat shrink tube, wire wrap, and general industrial thermal transfer labeling system. This label printer is capable of printing on 126 different heat shrink tubes and special labeling materials ranging from 1/6-inch to 1.5-inch. For labeling tapes and heat shrink tubes in varying sizes and color can be used from 1/8-inch to 1/2-inch (1-22 AWG) in size. The PearLabel 360 uses K-Sun LabelShop tapes and heat shrink tube cartridges in addition to the wide format 1.5-inch (36 mm) sizes). The printer features PeelGuard(c) edge trimmer that rounds the corners making labels stick better while reducing waste. A unique margin setting function reduces unwanted spaces—down to 1 mm—saving tape cost and waste when printing multiple labels. It also features auto-cut, continuous printing, and half-cut which makes removing the tape liner easy. With easy to use software, users can create bar codes labels in 15 popular formats as well as custom designs, QR and DataMatrix 2-dimensional bar codes. The Maxilabel software contains 839 built-in symbols (ANSI, IMO, PPE, Target Organs and Signal Words) for creating safety sign and label.
